All orders are processed within 1 to 30 business days (excluding pre-orders and event orders). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time is dependent on your chosen carrier's lead times.

Unsigned books ship from the closest location to you - Australia, UK, or USA and are print on demand with up to ten business days printing time before they are shipped.

- Event orders are pick up only at the events listed on the pages and do not include shipping options.
Please note that pre-order signed books may take longer than usual. This is dependent on shipping and print times from the manufacturer. Once the new release is live, the author places an order for stock, then it can take up to three weeks to arrive with the author for her to sign and ship onward.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lana Pecherczyk Author is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the contact page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
